OhioHealth in Columbus, OH seeks a Registered Nurse for the Wound Care Clinic to provide general nursing care across the continuum of care. The RN is accountable to the Ohio Board of Nursing.

The role involves delegating tasks to LPNs and UAPs, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient outcomes. Shift is Day, with flexible weekly hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio and/or current RN license in good standing with a multi-state compact state.
• BLS certification required.

Responsabilités

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care provided to assigned patients.
• Perform initial and ongoing health status assessments.
• Document planned nursing interventions and outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to revise care plans as needed.
• Participate in process improvement to enhance quality and safety.
