Job summary

Medcentris in Jonestown, MS is recruiting a licensed practical nurse or registered nurse to manage day-to-day wound care operations in our clinic. You will supervise staff, perform nursing procedures, administer treatments, document in the EMR, and collaborate with the MD/NP/PA to optimize patient outcomes.

The role requires an active nursing license, strong clinical skills in wound care, and the ability to teach patients and families. Travel may be required for home visits as needed.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active nursing license (RN or LPN)
• Clinical proficiency in wound care and dressing changes
• Ability to supervise clinic staff and coordinate patient care
• Experience with electronic medical records and documentation

Responsibilities

• supervise clinic staff including scheduling and productivity
• manage supply inventory and ordering
• administer medications and treatments per plan
• perform wound care and dressing changes as directed
• document progress notes in EMR
• educate patient and family on care plan and wound care at home
• participate in interdisciplinary meetings and case conferences
• complete required paperwork and documentation daily
