Job summary

Williams Memorial United Methodist Church in Texarkana, TX is seeking a part-time Worship Production Coordinator to oversee the technical production of our weekly worship services. This role averages 10–20 hours per week, primarily on Sundays, with additional time during Advent, Easter, and other events, and involves operating or coordinating live sound, video, and ProPresenter.

You will train volunteers, schedule production volunteers, and ensure seamless livestreams and presentations,

Qualifications

Experience with live sound reinforcement.
Familiarity with Dante digital audio.
Working knowledge of ProPresenter.
Working knowledge of Planning Center.
Ability to operate and troubleshoot audio, video, presentation, and livestream equipment.
Ability and willingness to train volunteers in technical production.

Responsibilities

Oversee the technical elements of worship, operating or supervising production volunteers.
Sound: mix in-house and live-stream audio.
Video: operate worship cameras and the video switcher for the live stream.
ProPresenter: build and operate weekly worship presentations including lyrics, Scripture, and media.
Prepare and monitor the weekly live stream; schedule and oversee volunteers.
Provide technical training and support for volunteers; assist with midweek events.
