Job summary

MITY Inc. is seeking a motivated Account Manager to drive sales growth in worship and non-profit markets from our Orem, Utah office.

Build relationships, assess customer needs, and prepare accurate quotes while guiding customers to the right Holsag, MityLite, and Bertolini products for their spaces. The ideal candidate will be organized, customer-focused, and comfortable managing both existing customers and new opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in a customer-facing, sales, or account management role.
• Experience in sales, manufacturing, worship, non-profit, furniture or related markets is helpful.
• Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field preferred.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10%–25% and have a valid driver’s license and passport.

Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential customers in worship and non-profit markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Create detailed, accurate quotes based on customer needs and product requirements.
• Follow up on quotes, trade show leads, and opportunities to generate sales.
• Represent the company professionally and provide excellent service throughout the sales process.
• Attend trade shows and industry events to showcase products and generate leads.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and operating systems.
