Job summary

MITY Inc. is seeking a motivated Account Manager to grow relationships within worship and non-profit markets, manage quotes, and drive sales in the Orem area. This in-office role emphasizes customer focus, accurate quoting, and proactive opportunity management.

You will travel for trade shows and events, maintaining strong communication with customers and cross-functional teams to meet sales objectives. A 2+ year track record in customer-facing roles is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing, sales, or account management role.
• Strong communication, organization, follow-through, and business judgment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM experience; able to travel 10–25%.

Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with worship and non-profit market prospects.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Create detailed quotes based on needs and budgets.
• Follow up on quotes and leads to generate sales.
• Communicate promptly with customers through the sales process.
• Attend trade shows and industry events to generate leads.
