Experiencing Worship is seeking a Director of Music and Worship Ministries in Augusta, Maine. This part-time role (30 hours/week) involves planning and leading worship services alongside the Senior Pastor. Qualifications

• Experience leading music in a church setting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead music for Sunday worship and special services.
• Lead music at least two Sundays per month.
• Recruit, train, and support volunteer musicians.
• Direct or coordinate vocal and instrumental ensembles.
• Maintain instruments, equipment, and the music library.
