Washington Alliance Church is seeking a Worship Director to oversee worship music and media ministries, partnering with the Lead Pastor to craft engaging services that invite deep spiritual connection. The position is full-time, with compensation in the range of $45,000–$55,000 annually, plus housing allowance and additional benefits as determined by church

Qualifications

• Clear testimony of faith in Jesus Christ and growing in relationship with Him.
• Experience leading a worship band and teams.
• Musical proficiency and vocal skills.
• Ability to model and uphold church values and staff policies.
• Teachable spirit and willingness to develop craft.

Responsibilities

• Oversee worship music ministry and lead services.
• Develop worship services and cultivate a worship culture.
• Lead and shepherd worship and media teams; mentor volunteers.
• Collaborate with lead pastor and staff; participate in staff meetings.
