Job summary

St. Luke’s is seeking a Media Project Asset Manager to lead a collaborative media team across campuses, ensuring qualified staff and resources for worship, events, and ministry projects with excellence. This role blends leadership and hands-on production, including live streaming, audio, video, photography, and editing as projects require.

You will staff, develop volunteers, and coordinate with campus leads to deliver high-quality media experiences that advance our mission.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years related experience and/or training in professional media production.
• Experience scheduling and coordinating production teams.
• Working knowledge of worship live streaming, AV systems, and church production environments.

Responsibilities

• Staff and schedule all Media team coverage for worship, weddings, funerals, video shoots, and events across campuses.
• Manage the Media Technician team with assignments, time/tracking, feedback, and development.
• Create and maintain staffing systems to maximize utilization and provide project visibility.
• Hands-on production involvement in live streaming, audio, video, photography, and editing as needed.
• Coordinate with Communications Brand Manager and Technical Manager to staff project needs and equipment.
