Qualifications

• Member or willing to become a member of New Community Bible Fellowship.
• Proven experience in sound engineering and A/V systems.
• Strong commitment to personal growth in Christ.

Responsibilities

• Operate and balance sound for services using digital and analog systems.
• Set up, install, and maintain all audio, video, lighting, and recording equipment.
• Train and mentor production volunteers; recruit new team members.
