Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Sr. Innovation and Design Engineer to lead the design of world‑class fulfillment centers and logistics systems.

You will own standards, guide cross‑functional teams from concept to installation, and deliver high‑quality, cost‑effective solutions that enhance efficiency and reduce costs across global networks. The role emphasizes ownership, collaboration with internal and external partners, and driving technological advancement in automated handling, packaging, and robotics

Qualifications

5+ years of design & innovation, research & development work experience.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a foreign equivalent.
Experience with design & innovation and research & development.
Experience in management of engineering design projects.
Experience using MS Excel, MS Project, and CAD software.

Responsibilities

Own multiple standards and specifications simultaneously.
Design high-quality, cost-effective fulfillment and distribution solutions.
Serve as technical expert to design teams and stakeholders.
