• 5+ years of design & innovation, research & development work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a foreign equivalent.
• Experience with design & innovation and research & development.
• Experience in management of engineering design projects.
• Experience using business or technical software like MS Excel, MS Project, and CAD software.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to design high quality, cost effective solutions for fulfillment and distribution systems.
• Own multiple projects simultaneously from concept realization through design approval.
• Serve as the suppliers’ primary technical contact for your projects.
• Hand-off the project to Ops Engineering for installation, commissioning and launch.
