PGA TOUR Superstore in Tampa is looking for an energetic STUDIO Golf Instructor who delivers world-class golf lessons and builds lasting client relationships. You will use TrackMan and SAM Putt Lab to tailor instruction, organize clinics, and maintain a full teaching schedule.

Responsibilities include promoting services, tracking progress, and ensuring the STUDIO area meets premium standards while providing exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide world-class golf instruction.
• Achieve KPIs such as lessons taught, booking rate, and clinic participation.
• Develop custom lesson plans and track student progress.
• Organize and run clinics and events to foster community engagement.
• Maintain knowledge of front-end operations (returns, gift cards, promos).
• Keep the STUDIO area clean, stocked, and visually appealing.
