Job summary

Albanese Confectionery Group, Inc is seeking a Customer Fulfillment Planner in Indiana to manage end-to-end order processing, tracking, and delivery with a strong focus on on-time performance and SLA adherence. Qualifications

General knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a Customer Fulfillment role for nationwide confectionery retailers or corporate accounts.
Knowledgeable in EDI transactions and resolving EDI issues within order management.

Responsibilities

Facilitates scheduling of orders and resolves issues (holds, shortages) on the order.
Manages promise dates in ERP for revenue forecasting and updates ship date.
Coordinates with planning/purchasing/finance/warehouse to ensure orders ship by promise date.
Notifies Sales and/or Customer of issues in meeting expectations.
Executes weekly calls with customers to discuss products and promotions.
Investigates and manages customer claims for regional assignments.
Builds relationships with freight carriers for on-time delivery and performance reviews.
Ensures orders are invoiced timely and accurately.
Assists customers with inventory of orders or packing list errors.
