Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an Engineering & Maintenance Manager in Cincinnati, OH, on-site. You will drive a cultural and operational shift toward predictive, proactive maintenance and World-Class Manufacturing across two facilities.

The role requires 7–10+ years of relevant experience, Lean/Kaizen/TPM expertise, and strong CMMS proficiency. You will lead cross-functional teams and manage CapEx oversight to deliver high-impact reliability improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent real-world experience.
• 7–10+ years in manufacturing engineering, maintenance leadership, and plant reliability roles.
• Deep knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, TPM and World-Class Manufacturing practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform baseline maintenance and reliability assessments across facilities to reduce downtime.
• Lead modernization of PM schedules to be data-driven and proactive.
• Deploy TPM principles and World-Class Manufacturing pillars on the shop floor.
• Provide autonomous maintenance training to operators to improve equipment care.
• Optimize CMMS usage and analytics to improve scheduling and work orders.
• Oversee a rolling CapEx portfolio of $5M–$10M to support plant improvements.
