The Honolulu Museum of Art is seeking a Line Cook to support the Café kitchen by preparing, cooking, and presenting menu items across designated stations. This role offers a pathway for developing culinarians to grow their skills within a world-class museum setting.

Under the supervision of the Chef and Sous Chef, you will join a small, seasoned team and contribute to a welcoming dining experience for visitors and staff while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Broad culinary knowledge and two years in a professional kitchen.
• Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions.
• Commitment to food safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and plate food for Café and Coffee Bar service.
• Set up and stock stations with supplies and ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas and equipment.
• Assist with special events and catering as needed.
