Job summary

Google LLC is seeking a Product Support Manager for Google Workspace Editors and AI in New York or Sunnyvale. You will lead end-to-end support for core and Gemini AI features in Google Slides, manage the Workspace Editors Help Community, and drive AGH conversational AI and self-service improvements.

You will synthesize user data, advocate for diverse users, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and UX Research to shape early product development and roadmaps. English proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in technical project management, program management, product support, management consulting, or a customer-facing role.
• Experience analyzing quantitative and qualitative data (e.g., using spreadsheets, SQL, or BI dashboards) to identify trends and inform business or product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end support and launch readiness for Google Slides (core and Gemini AI) with cross-functional teams.
• Manage support operations and advocacy for the Workspace Editors Help Community.
• Drive AI-powered help improvements and improve self-service resolution.
• Synthesize multi-channel data to influence product development and roadmap.
• Collaborate with gUP and workspace stakeholders to improve support workflows.
