Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in technical project management, program management, product support, management consulting, or a customer-facing role.
• Experience analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends and inform business or product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end support for Google Slides (core and Gemini AI) and drive launch readiness.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and UX Research teams to translate user feedback into roadmaps and priorities.
• Oversee and optimize the Workspace Editors Help Community and related conversational AI support channels.
• Surface bugs, feature requests, and user trends to inform product development and operational improvements.
