Wärtsilä in Harvey, Louisiana is seeking a Workshop Coordinator to run daily workshop activities, coordinate repairs and parts flow, and serve as the main contact for customers and technicians. The role reports to the Workshop Manager and is 100% workshop-based.
The successful candidate will have experience in workshop coordination, ERP experience, strong communication, and a proactive, hands-on attitude. Travel is possible, and schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

As a Workshop Coordinator, you will support the daily operations of the workshop by coordinating repair activities, managing parts flow, scheduling work, and serving as the main point of contact between customers, technicians, workshop leadership, and internal stakeholders. Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you will help ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with customer expectations. This role is 100% workshop-based
In this role, some domestic and international travel may be required. While most activities are workshop-based, occasional visits to customer sites or training sessions may occur. Estimated travel: 20%
Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
