Position Summary
This role supports the University of Alberta Transportation Services by performing key tasks, including light vehicle inspections (checking tires, body damage, steering, suspension, fluid levels, leaks, belts, and hoses), regular engine oil and filter changes. You'll also coordinate vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups with customers. Before issuing vehicles to clients, you'll wash, clean, and inspect them for damage, and check them again upon return. Other duties involve tire services using standard tire equipment (removal, installation, repair, balancing), minor mechanical tasks, fueling, windshield repair, and general shop maintenance and cleaning. Excellent customer service is a must.
