Job summary

JLL is seeking a results‑driven Project Manager for Workplace Technology in the Tampa area. You will lead technology deployments across the client portfolio, balancing leadership with hands‑on support to ensure smooth installation and rollout of solutions.

The role requires 3–5 years of PM experience, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication. You will coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, driving adoption and continuous improvement across projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules and documentation.
• Manage end‑to‑end execution for workplace technology rollouts, including requirements, stakeholders, resources and risks.
• Provide onsite project oversight and hands‑on deployment support for complex initiatives.
• Establish and track KPIs and deliverables with regular status reporting to stakeholders.
• Serve as primary contact between stakeholders, technical teams and vendors.
