Job summary

JLL seeks a Project Manager for Workplace Technology to lead technology deployments across client portfolios. You will develop plans, coordinate resources, and provide hands-on deployment support to ensure smooth installations and successful rollouts.

The role requires 3–5 years of PM experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to influence without authority while driving adoption and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of project management experience in corporate real estate, facilities, technology deployment, or startups.
• Experience managing complex projects with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities under pressure.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, including influencing without authority.
• Strong presentation skills for executive and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation across multiple projects.
• Manage end-to-end project execution for workplace technology rollouts, including requirements gathering and risk management.
• Provide onsite oversight and hands-on deployment support for complex initiatives.
• Establish and track KPIs and deliverables with regular status reporting to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with vendors and site teams to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing support.
• Drive user adoption and change management with training materials and rollout plans.
