Job summary

JLL is seeking a Project Manager for Workplace Technology in Miami to lead multi-site technology rollouts, develop detailed plans, coordinate resources, and ensure on-time delivery with hands-on support when needed.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of PM experience in corporate real estate or tech deployments, strong communication and vendor management skills, and proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of project management experience in corporate real estate, facilities management, technology deployment, or startup environments.
• Experience managing complex projects with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Strong organizational, time-management and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation across multiple projects.
• Manage end-to-end project execution for workplace technology rollouts and coordinate resources.
• Provide onsite project oversight and hands-on deployment support when needed.
• Establish and track KPIs, reporting to Program Management and stakeholders.
