Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Workplace Strategy Analyst to help design future work environments for small to mid-size clients. This role sits within Client Consulting and supports advisory services related to real estate operations and investments.

You will collect client needs, analyze data, coordinate with design teams, and translate insights into practical space concepts while respecting budgets and codes. Strong collaboration and communication are essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
  • Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).

About The Role

As a CBRE Workplace Strategy Analyst, you will assist with the design of future work environments for small to medium-sized clients. This job is part of the Client Consulting function. They are responsible for Advisory services in relation to real estate operations and investments.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop a strategic framework with management.
  • Contribute to collecting clients' needs and programming future spaces.
  • Study complex quantitative and qualitative data from research.
  • Coordinate with design teams on the space design phase.
  • Construct change management plans and communication.
  • Guide working groups for feedback and evaluation.
  • Coordinate data collection of various aspects of a working environment. Translate information into a meaningful concept to align with organizations' needs.
  • Understand spatial requirements and development of space budget. Have a basic understanding of building codes and occupational standards.
  • Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
  • Impact the quality of own work.
  • Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
  • Exchange straightforward information, asks questions, and check for understanding.
What You’ll Need
