Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Workplace Strategy Analyst to assist in designing future work environments for small to medium clients. You will help collect client needs, analyze data, and coordinate with design teams to shape space concepts.

The role requires foundational knowledge of MS Office, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work within established CBRE procedures. This is a hands-on opportunity within the Client Consulting function.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
  • Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

  • Develop a strategic framework with management.

  • Study complex quantitative and qualitative data from research.
  • Coordinate with design teams on the space design phase.
  • Construct change management plans and communication.
  • Guide working groups for feedback and evaluation.
  • Coordinate data collection of various aspects of a working environment. Translate information into a meaningful concept to align with organizations' needs.
  • Understand spatial requirements and development of space budget. Have a basic understanding of building codes and occupational standards.
  • Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
  • Impact the quality of own work.
  • Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
  • Exchange straightforward information, asks questions, and check for understanding.

About the Role:

As a CBRE Workplace Strategy Analyst, you will assist with the design of future work environments for small to medium-sized clients.

This job is part of the Client Consulting function. They are responsible for Advisory services in relation to real estate operations and investments.
