You will collaborate with Facilities, Security, IT, Safety, and Supply Chain to ensure safe, reliable, and professional workplaces for employees and visitors. Requires 5+ years in Workplace Services or related field and an associate degree.

Qualifications

• Requires a 2-year associate degree or equivalent experience in Workplace Services, Facilities or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Workplace Services or facilities operations.
• Experience supervising employees, contractors, or service partners.
• Knowledge of data center facilities concepts and operational resiliency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Workplace Services team activities to ensure high-quality service delivery and safety.
• Oversee daily workplace operations including facility support requests and vendor coordination.
• Coordinate response to urgent facility issues and support business continuity.
• Partner with Facilities, Security, IT, and Supply Chain to improve readiness and space utilization.
• Support maintenance for critical facility systems and data center environments.
• Manage day-to-day facilities operations within data center environments and outages.
