Job summary

BP Corporation N.A., Inc. seeks a Workplace Services Consultant for the USA and Canada to optimize workplace environments, manage building services, and strengthen supplier performance. This role is hybrid (office/remote) across the USA and Canada.

You will lead sustainability initiatives, drive continuous improvement, and ensure contracts meet SLAs while enhancing the colleague experience through strong stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience with building services and standard management.
• Proven sustainability practices in facilities/real estate.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of building services initiatives.
• Implement and manage sustainable building practices.
• Foster a customer-centric approach to workplace services and colleague experience.
• Manage and oversee contracts with suppliers and ensure SLAs.
• Develop long-term plans aligned with real estate strategies.
• Drive project execution using Waterfall Model and other methodologies.
• Champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in workplace services.
• Translate strategy into actionable workplace plans.
• Promote safety culture across workplace environments.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
