Job summary

SWBC is seeking a talented Loss Control Specialist to partner with client companies by identifying hazards, improving safety practices, and reducing workers' compensation exposures. This role conducts onsite and virtual assessments, delivers training, investigates accidents, analyzes injury trends, and provides practical recommendations to help clients create safer work environments.

You will collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to promote injury prevention, support compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least five years in safety/accident prevention.
• OSHA trainer credentials for construction and/or general industry.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite and virtual safety assessments to identify hazards and risks.
• Develop client-specific safety action plans and training programs.
• Investigate serious accidents and perform root cause analyses.
• Monitor implementation of corrective actions and report on safety performance.
• Prepare management and client reports on safety findings and recommendations.
