Job summary

SWBC is seeking a talented individual to manage workers' compensation claims from injury reporting through claim closure. This role works closely with customers, injured employees, insurance carriers, claim adjusters, HR, and payroll to facilitate efficient claim handling and ensure high levels of customer service.

You will educate clients and injured employees on procedures, reporting requirements, and return-to-work programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Risk Management & Insurance or related field.
• Minimum of four years’ experience in claims management.
• Knowledge of workers' compensation processes and return-to-work.
• Bilingual in Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage workers' compensation claims from filing to closure.
• Serve as liaison between clients, injured employees, carriers, and HR.
• Educate clients and employees on procedures and return-to-work programs.
• Provide exceptional customer service and guidance on protocols.
• Maintain claim records and reporting.
• Monitor progress and collaborate with carriers and medical providers.
