Job summary

EasyLlama is seeking a Learning Experience Designer, Workplace Safety (Contract) to join our content team. You will develop, scale, and continuously improve OSHA-related safety content spanning general industry, construction, HazCom, PPE, and more, using AI-powered workflows to accelerate production.

You’ll translate complex regulations into accessible, learner-centered training, ensuring accuracy and regulatory alignment while designing for diverse learners.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience creating workplace safety/EHS training content.
• Solid knowledge of OSHA standards and training mandates.
• Translate regulatory requirements into engaging digital training, likely in an LMS.

Responsibilities

• Develop and QA workplace safety and EHS courses across OSHA standards.
• Translate federal/state safety regulations into engaging training experiences.
• Ensure content meets OSHA/EHS regulatory requirements.
• Design courses for frontline workers to supervisors and safety managers.
