Job summary

Everpure is seeking a Workplace Program Manager to support corporate workplace environments across the Americas. You will combine hands-on project coordination with data-driven problem solving to drive efficient, predictable workplace initiatives.

Collaborate with IT, Security, EHS, Finance, HR, Procurement, and IFM providers to deliver capital projects, seating and space planning, and successful transitions across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in corporate real estate, workplace, facilities operations, construction project coordination, program management, or related field.
• Experience with enterprise workflow, facilities, or project mgmt tools; ServiceNow is a plus.
• Experience tracking project budgets, POs, invoices, schedules, or vendor deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Capital & Workplace Projects across Americas sites to ensure timely execution with minimal disruption.
• Improve workflows using ServiceNow and data-enabled tools to manage facility requests and trends.
• Coordinate with IT, Security, EHS, Finance, HR, Procurement, and IFM partners on dependencies.
• Track budgets, POs, schedules, vendor deliverables; support POEs and employee feedback programs.
• Identify risks, maintain project docs, and escalate issues with stakeholders.
