Job summary

Everpure is seeking a Workplace Program Manager to support corporate workplace environments across the Americas. Working with REWSS leadership, IT, and IFM partners, you will translate space needs into seamless office experiences.

You will coordinate capital and workplace projects, leverage ServiceNow and data tools, manage budgets, and drive efficient operations across Santa Clara, CA and Chicago, IL sites.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in corporate real estate, workplace, facilities operations, or related fields.
• Experience with enterprise workflow tools; ServiceNow a plus.
• Ability to manage budgets, POs, and vendor deliverables.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and prioritization skills.
• Location in Santa Clara, CA or Chicago, IL with in-office work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project workflows for office expansions, renovations, relocations, and rollouts.
• Leverage ServiceNow and data tools to manage facility requests and improve processes.
• Partner with IT, Security, EHS, Finance, HR, Procurement, and vendors.
• Track budgets, POs, schedules, and vendor deliverables.
• Support Post-Occupancy Evaluations and employee feedback programs.
• Identify risks and surface dependencies to drive timely resolutions.
