Job summary

Universal Creative is seeking a Workplace Planning & Portfolio Intern in Orlando to collaborate with Workplace Operations, Finance, and partners to support space planning initiatives and optimize campus utilization.

You will gain hands-on experience in data analytics, portfolio management, and strategic decision making, building dashboards, analyzing occupancy trends, and contributing to a five-year roadmap.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor or Graduate degree with junior status or higher.
• Transcript required at application.
• Ability to handle confidential occupancy, headcount, and financial data.

Responsibilities

• Assist with creating an inventory of Creative Campus space.
• Collect and maintain data on buildings, spaces, occupancy, and capacity.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools to illustrate occupancy and portfolio trends.
• Support five-year planning and scenario analyses for portfolio optimization.
