Universal Orlando’s Universal Creative Internship Program is an in-person opportunity based in our Orlando offices. You will work with planners, designers and business partners to shape future immersive experiences from concept through early design, gaining exposure to multidisciplinary planning and cross-functional collaboration.

The role emphasizes practical skills, portfolio development and the ability to balance guest needs with operations and business goals.

Qualifications

• In pursuit of a bachelor's or graduate degree with junior status or above.
• Transcript required at application.
• Minimum GPA of 2.8.

Responsabilités

• Assist with master planning and design development for Universal destinations and experiences.
• Support planning studies and develop design solutions across disciplines.
• Use CAD/3D tools to visualize concepts and proposals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate ideas clearly.
• Maintain awareness of safety, policies, and program requirements.
