Job summary

Spring Health seeks a Workplace Mental Health Consultant to deliver individual therapy to employees onsite in Orlando, FL, and virtually as needed. You will advise HR and leaders, conduct trainings, and tailor programs to the customer’s benefits ecosystem.

Maintain confidentiality and collaborate with Spring Health teams. You will work with a licensed clinician team, complete required trainings, and ensure timely documentation while supporting organizational wellbeing and crisis management as

Qualifications

• Unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in Florida (e.g., Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC).
• Minimum 3 years post-graduate experience; at least 1 year independently licensed.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Experience in management consultation and training presentations.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy to employees onsite or virtually.
• Offer management consultations and trainings to HR and leaders.
• Develop and deliver company-tailored trainings and benefit promotions.
• Assess risk and provide in-the-moment support and safety planning.
• Maintain high-quality documentation of all services delivered.
• Collaborate with customer points of contact to implement interventions.
