Key Responsibilities:
Program Management:
• Support program strategy, scope, goals, and deliverables that drive account objectives in collaboration with senior leaders, team members, and onsite operations.
• Oversee WM service operations, develop and implement scalable processes to support various workplace programs.
• Create and support adoption of KPIs to assess performance, operational effectiveness, and ROI of strategic projects.
• Promote and enable the import and export of best practices to and from JLL, and link the account to emerging practices in the industry and the BI/data fields
• Assist the Regional and Zone Workplace Managers in developing and managing operating budgets.
Operational Oversight:
• Partner with account Sourcing and Procurement Lead to manage the performance and outcomes of national vendors for the account team.
• Oversee the administration and operation of office services technology systems in collaboration with the Technology, Data & Information Management (TDIM) liaison and Account Security Manager.
• Support data accuracy and manage reporting.
• Manage and oversee project requests, work order performance, implementations, and drive efficiency in the Corrigo system as the dedicated Corrigo Champion.
Compliance and Risk Management:
• Ensure team compliance with portfolio-wide initiatives and required local, state, and federal laws and regulations pertaining to workplace operations.
• Serve as the primary WM team safety officer, ensuring proper training on the CMO reporting system and tracking safety performance through established metrics.
• Drive adherence of health and safety regulations and align with PHSI sustainability initiatives while maintaining a people-centric approach.
Team Leadership:
• Prepare agendas and conduct training sessions and presentations on account and service specific processes.
• Identify savings and improvement opportunities, or problems requiring innovative solutions.
• Proactively communicate project details across all levels of the organization and multiple departments in a clear and concise manner.
• Conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback to teams and individuals
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of industry experience in Facilities Management or Operations.
• Strong working knowledge of the Corrigo Work Order System.
• Excellent organizational and management skills.
• Experience in matrix management organization.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of real estate, telecommunications, furniture, accounting, and building systems.
• Ability to analyze and solve critical business issues.
• Experience in creating and implementing KPIs and performance metrics.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze financial statements.
• PMP or IFMA certification is a plus.
Estimated total compensation for this position:
138,000.00 – 174,000.00 USD per yearThe total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
