Job summary

Financial Partners Credit Union seeks a Business Development Officer to serve as a key ambassador within our Select Employer Groups (SEGs), developing partnerships and engaging employees through on-site events and financial wellness opportunities.

In a relationship-driven role, you will meet HR and benefits leaders, host enrollment events, deliver seminars, and drive membership growth while collaborating with branches and marketing to ensure a consistent Financial Partners experience.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop strategic employer partnerships.
• Strong presentation and communications skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience with membership growth or financial wellness programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Financial Partners Brand as an ambassador within SEGs.
• Develop and grow SEG relationships with HR and benefits leaders.
• Prospect and enroll new employer groups through outreach and events.
• Bring Financial Partners to the workplace via on-site events, fairs, and orientations.
• Educate employees on products, services, and resources.
• Drive growth through referrals, loans, deposits, and engagement.
• Deliver engaging presentations and coordinate with internal teams.
