  • Conference Room Operations: Oversee meeting room readiness, layout reconfigurations (boardroom, theater, collaborative), and daily inspections; partner with IT on AV needs.
  • Catering & Pantry: Coordinate catering orders, vendor logistics, and setups; oversee pantry operations to maintain clean, fully stocked, and welcoming break spaces.
  • Facility Coordination: Perform floor walks to enforce presentation and safety standards; partner with facilities, building management, and vendors to submit and resolve maintenance tickets.
  • Inventory & Operations: Manage stock levels and reordering for office supplies, pantry products, and event materials; track operational metrics and event logs.
What You Bring
  • Strong customer service, hospitality mindset, and executive-level presence.
  • Proven leadership capabilities with a passion for coaching and team development.
  • Exceptional organizational, event planning, and multitasking skills in fast-paced settings.
  • High attention to detail, visual aesthetics, and proactive problem-solving.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in workplace experience, hospitality, concierge services, event management, or facilities coordination.
  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams); experience with workplace ticketing or room reservation software preferred.
  • Dependable, punctual, and highly professional.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to move throughout reception, common areas, and conference centers during the workday.
  • Ability to assist with light event logistics, room setups, and inventory stocking.
  • Comfortable in a highly visible, guest-facing environment.
