SPS North America is seeking a Workplace Experience Host to deliver polished, warm service to employees, executives, clients and guests. The role sits on the SPS workplace team and connects people to the right services, ensuring reception areas and meeting spaces reflect a premium brand experience.

The Host will manage arrivals, coordinate across support teams, and handle opening/closing readiness checks, maintaining confidentiality and a one-team mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional hospitality, business or customer-experience education is valued.
  • 2-4 years of experience in reception, luxury hospitality, concierge services, premium retail or related guest-facing environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide responsive, polished service to a diverse and demanding audience.
  • Excellent verbal, written and telephone communication skills, with the ability to interact across organizational levels.

JOB OVERVIEW

The Workplace Experience Host is the visible, welcoming presence a key contributor to an elevated workplace experience. This front-of-house role delivers polished, warm and highly responsive service to employees, executives, clients, talent, partners, vendors and guests. The Host anticipates needs, manages each interaction with discretion and ensures that reception areas, meeting spaces and shared environments consistently reflect WME Group’s fast-paced, creative and premium brand experience.

Working as part of the SPS workplace team, the Host connects people to the right services, coordinates across support functions and takes ownership through resolution. Success requires hospitality instincts, strong judgment, attention to detail and the ability to remain composed while priorities shift.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Guest, Talent & Employee Experience
  • Provide a gracious, personalized arrival and departure experience, using names and preferences appropriately while maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries.
  • Welcome and assist employees, executives, clients, talent, production partners, vendors and VIP guests with warmth, confidence and discretion.
  • Anticipate needs, offer proactive assistance and make warm connections to hosts, departments and support teams.
  • Respond to questions and special requests accurately; own follow-up so guests and employees are never left wondering what happens next.
  • Maintain awareness of daily activity, priority arrivals and events, escalating sensitive or high-profile matters through established protocols.
Reception, Visitor & Meeting Support
  • Manage visitor registration, host notifications, access coordination and arrival flow in accordance with WME Group and SPS procedures.
  • Support meeting room reservations, room checks, wayfinding and guest arrival requirements using approved workplace technology.
  • Ensure reception, conference rooms, shared spaces and amenities are consistently organized, functional, welcoming and guest-ready.
  • Coordinate with conference services, security, facilities, IT, mail, catering and other partners to deliver a seamless end-to-end experience.
  • Assist with meeting and event setup, guest management and service recovery when plans change.
Workplace Readiness & Operational Support
  • Perform assigned opening, closing and readiness checks; promptly identify cleanliness, supply, maintenance, technology or safety concerns.
  • Monitor workplace conditions throughout the day and initiate service requests or work orders through approved channels.
  • Track requests through completion, communicate status clearly and elevate delays or recurring issues to SPS site leadership.
  • Support office supply and amenity inventory, ordering and replenishment while following purchasing and expense-control requirements.
  • Help maintain current desk guides, standard operating procedures, directories and service playbooks to promote consistency and continuity.
Service Excellence & Continuous Improvement
  • Capture service observations and relevant preferences responsibly to personalize future interactions and improve the workplace journey.
  • Solicit informal feedback, recognize service gaps and share practical improvement ideas with SPS leadership.
  • Participate in hospitality, safety, systems and account-specific training; apply coaching consistently on the floor.
  • Protect confidential business, employee, client and visitor information and exercise sound judgment in a high-visibility environment.
  • Demonstrate a one-team mindset, flexing across reception and workplace support activities within the role’s training and approved scope.
QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications & Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional hospitality, business or customer-experience education is valued.
  • 2-4 years of experience in reception, luxury hospitality, concierge services, premium retail, corporate workplace services or a related guest-facing environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide responsive, polished service to a diverse and demanding audience.
  • Excellent verbal, written and telephone communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently across organizational levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office applications, visitor management systems, room-booking platforms, service-ticketing tools and related workplace technology.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, accept feedback and adapt to changing business and service needs.
  • Reliable attendance and flexibility to support business requirements within the assigned schedule.

Physical Demands & Work Environment
  • Ability to remain at or move throughout the workplace for extended periods, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling and sitting.
  • Manual dexterity to operate phones, computers and standard office equipment.
  • Ability to lift, carry or move items up to 25 pounds and maneuver materials using a standard wheeled cart, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Role is site-based and operates in a professional, high-visibility workplace with frequent interaction and changing service demands.

$28 - $30 USD
