Job summary

CBRE, Inc. is seeking a Technical Coordinator to support engineering operations alongside a team of technicians, vendors, and subcontractors. This role sits within the Engineering and Technical Services function and focuses on preventive maintenance, repairs, and safe, efficient building operations.

You will help review work orders, schedule maintenance, and ensure equipment and client spaces remain in optimal condition while following defined procedures under supervision.

• Assist with implementing preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment life.
• Verify that work is complete, equipment is functional and client space is ready for use.
• Follow existing procedures to solve straightforward problems with supervision.
• Deliver output by following defined procedures and processes under guidance.

About the Role:

As a CBRE Technical Coordinator, you will assist with engineering operations alongside a team of technicians, vendors, and subcontractors.

This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

What You'll Do:

• Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency, and company directives related to building operations and work safety.
• Review work orders and resolve issues.
• Consult with clients to schedule preventive maintenance and other downtime to minimize business interruption and inconvenience.
• Assist with implementing a preventive maintenance program to ensure that building machinery and systems meet or exceed their rated life.
• Determine that work is complete, equipment is fully functional and client space is in prime working condition.
• Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
• Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
• Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
