We’re building AI-powered Shopify for service businesses. We help service pros (e.g., roofers, landscapers, painters, cleaners) acquire direct business quickly. Our digital storefront products, powered by Gen AI, help pros get discovered, trusted, and booked repeatedly.

What You'll Do

  1. Own daily office operations of our NYC and Boston offices – manage supplies, snacks, mail, tech equipment, and space to ensure smooth operation and reflect our culture of excellence.
  2. Enable scaling our workplace and culture – take full ownership of office logistics and vendor coordination, proactively improving the in-office experience.
  3. Plan and execute culture-driving events – organize team celebrations, birthdays, and in-office moments to strengthen community and bring joy.
  4. Support logistics for cross-office travel – coordinate travel experiences for team members between NYC and Boston, including transportation and scheduling.
  5. Deliver an exceptional onboarding experience – prepare desks, tech, and welcome kits for new hires to ensure a seamless and energizing first day.
  6. Create and improve internal workplace processes – develop scalable systems to keep the office organized and ready for growth.
  7. Be present as the heart of our NYC office – based in Brooklyn, you’ll be the friendly face and steady presence that anchors our in-person experience.

What We’re Looking For

  1. 0–2 years of experience in workplace operations, HR, office coordination, hospitality, or event planning.
  2. Highly organized and action-oriented – you love checklists and bring structure to chaos.
  3. Warm, approachable, and service-minded – others rely on you to make things happen.
  4. Comfortable working autonomously and managing multiple priorities.
  5. Excited to work in the NYC office 5 days a week.
  6. Familiar with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, or eager to learn.
