Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job-related experience.
  • Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Requires the ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information.
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational skills with a master‑level inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for all those entering the facility. Greet them with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
  • Record and log service requests and track the statuses. Provide administrative aid to management as needed.
  • Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of the requestor. Respond to requests in a timely manner.
  • Deliver world-class customer service to all individuals in the facility. Encourage guests and tenants to refer personal and business associates to the location.
  • Build and maintain a database of local business recommendations (transportation, dining, entertainment, etc.).
  • Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures. Notify appropriate parties to ensure safety.
  • Acknowledge inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors. Provide solutions in a professional customer service-driven manner.
  • Resolve complex problems and identify appropriate approaches to existing solutions to accomplish team objectives.
  • May establish new techniques to ensure the team can meet its objectives.
  • Has a direct impact on the team objectives and related teams.
  • Ensure personal and team outcomes positively impact customer objectives.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values.

About the Role:

As a CBRE Concierge, you will create welcoming and memorable experiences for employees, clients, guests, and visitors every day. Serving as the first point of contact within the building, you will combine hospitality, customer service, and problem-solving skills to ensure every interaction is professional, personalized, and seamless.

As part of CBRE’s Workplace Experience team, you will play a key role in fostering a positive and engaging environment by anticipating needs, coordinating services, providing local recommendations, and delivering exceptional support. What You’ll Do:

What You’ll Need:
  • High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job-related experience. Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
  • in-depth understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function and basic knowledge of related job functions required.
  • Requires the ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information.
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a master-level inquisitive mindset.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Workplace Experience Concierge position is $59,500 annually and the maximum salary for the Workplace Experience Concierge position is $65,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
