• Serve as subject matter expert on educational offerings and delivery strategies.
• Foster client satisfaction through effective execution of client education requests, including logistics and value-added services.
• Manage promotional aspects and presentation materials across events to drive engagement while considering budgets.
• Identify process improvement opportunities within the operational execution of workplace education strategy.
