  • Experience coordinating projects involving multiple stakeholders, timelines and competing priorities.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to balance creative thinking with operational execution.
  • Comfortable conducting site visits, field measurements and working in active client environments.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

  • Design & Workplace Solutions: Develop workplace design concepts, space plans, finish selections and presentation materials.
  • Conduct field measurements, site visits and on-site verifications to ensure design accuracy and project alignment.
  • Assess existing site conditions and communicate findings to project stakeholders.
  • Participate in client walk-throughs, pre-installation meetings and installation support activities.
  • Assist with furniture and product specifications aligned with client goals, budgets and project requirements.
  • Collaborate with design teams, account managers and vendor partners to develop cohesive workplace solutions.
  • Prepare client-facing presentations, mood boards, renderings and design documentation.

Alfred Williams & Company is seeking an organized, collaborative and creative professional to support workplace design initiatives through a blend of design coordination, project management, field support and client engagement. This role helps ensure projects move efficiently from concept through installation while delivering an exceptional client experience.The ideal candidate enjoys balancing creative problem-solving with operational execution and is comfortable collaborating with clients, vendors and cross-functional internal teams. Experience supporting healthcare environments or healthcare-focused workplace projects is especially valued.This is not a sales role.
