  • Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder projects and timelines.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development of workplace design concepts, space plans and finish selections.
  • Conduct field measurements, site visits and on-site verifications.
  • Coordinate communication between internal teams, vendors, and clients.
  • Manage project timelines, schedules, deliverables and follow-up tasks.
  • Travel to client locations for field reviews and project support.
