As a Workplace Coordinator, you will be part of the Workplace Operations team supporting Events, Front of House, and Facilities teams. What’s the Job?
- Coordinate between Events and Workplace teams to ensure seamless event execution and workplace operations.
- Prepare event spaces, including room configurations, catering setups, hospitality stations, and guest flow.
- Support Front of House operations, including guest welcome, check-in, visitor management, and access procedures.
- Maintain high standards of hospitality, professionalism, and presentation throughout workplace and event spaces.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors while ensuring compliance with workplace safety, security, and operational procedures.

- Experience or knowledge of workplace operations, hospitality, customer service, or event coordination.
