• 5+ years of experience with workplace engineering using Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Entra ID.
• 3+ years of project or program management experience.
• 3+ years supporting enterprise-scale technology implementations.
• 2+ years leading teams.
• Ability to travel 50% on average based on client needs.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and migrate Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra and other Workplace Engineering technologies.
• Lead workstreams for workplace transformation initiatives across mobility, desktop delivery, collaboration, endpoint management, and user support environments.
• Support enterprise deployments of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, virtual desktop infrastructure solutions, and AI-enabled workplace technologies.
• Collaborate with client and cross-functional teams to improve end-user experience through automation, predictive support analytics, intelligent tooling, and digital employee experience solutions.
• Manage project activities, coordinate deliverables, and guide team members through implementation efforts across large-scale technology programs.
• Support evaluation, implementation, and adoption of enterprise AI solutions including Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT Enterprise, Gemini, and similar workplace AI platforms.
• Advise clients on future-of-work strategies, workforce productivity improvements, and AI-enabled collaboration solutions.
