Job summary

PowerToFly is seeking a Lead Cloud Infrastructure Engineer II for Workplace Engineering/M365 to design, implement, and migrate Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, and related workplace technologies for enterprise environments.

You will lead workstreams across mobility, desktop delivery, collaboration, endpoint management, and user support, while guiding teams, coordinating deliverables, and shaping the adoption of AI-enabled workplace solutions for improved productivity and employee

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
6+ years of workplace engineering experience using Microsoft 365, AD, and Entra ID.
3+ years of project/program management and enterprise-scale implementations.
Ability to travel ~50% and work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and migrate Microsoft 365, AD, Entra ID, and related workplace technologies.
Lead workstreams across mobility, desktop delivery, collaboration, and endpoint management.
Support enterprise AI-enabled workplace solutions and automation initiatives.
Coordinate deliverables and guide teams through large-scale programs.
Advise clients on future-of-work strategies and productivity improvements.
