Job summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP is seeking a seasoned Workplace Engineering professional to design, implement, and optimize Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Entra ID across large-scale client environments. AI & Engineering helps organizations build, deploy, and operate integrated solutions across software, data, AI, networks, and hybrid cloud infrastructure. In this role, you will help deliver workplace engineering capabilities that modernize end-user environments, improve productivity, and support adoption of emerging technologies at scale. You will work with clients to design, implement, and optimize workplace solutions across Microsoft 365, Active Directory, endpoint management, digital employee experience, automation, AI-powered productivity tools, and modern collaboration technologies. Work You’ll Do

Design, implement, and migrate Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra and other Workplace Engineering technologies.

Lead workstreams for workplace transformation initiatives across mobility, desktop delivery, collaboration, endpoint management, and user support environments.

Support enterprise implementations of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, virtual desktop infrastructure solutions, and AI-enabled workplace technologies.

Collaborate with client and cross-functional teams to improve end-user experience through automation, predictive support analytics, intelligent tooling, and digital employee experience solutions.

Manage project activities, coordinate deliverables, and guide team members through implementation efforts across large-scale technology programs.

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience with workplace engineering solutions using Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Entra ID

3+ years of project or program management experience
3+ years supporting enterprise-scale technology implementations
3+ years leading teams and managing deliverables
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Ability to travel 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with MDM, endpoint management solutions, and cloud-based endpoint computing infrastructure

Experience leading Microsoft 365 implementations including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business

Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Intune, Windows AutoPilot, and MECM

Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Copilot Studio

Experience with migration tools such as Quest, BitTitan, ShareGate, and CTUDM
Experience with DaaS, VDI, and cloud computing environments

Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT Enterprise, Gemini, or similar enterprise AI platforms

Experience with Digital Employee Experience platforms such as Nexthink, Lakeside, Aternity or similar tools

Experience supporting AI governance, adoption, compliance, security, and change management initiatives

Experience leveraging analytics, telemetry, automation, and knowledge management solutions to improve workforce productivity

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $141,200 to 278,300.
