Corporate Chaplains of America seeks a mission-driven Workplace Chaplain to provide confidential employee care, spiritual support, pastoral care, and crisis response within assigned businesses. The role emphasizes servant leadership and relational ministry beyond traditional church settings.

The chaplain will serve employees and their families, respond to crises, and maintain ongoing workplace presence with professionalism and compassion across diverse industries.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in biblical studies or related ministry field from an accredited college or university.
• Strong Christian faith and commitment to servant leadership.
• Ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality in sensitive situations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, and office environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, email, internet platforms, and mobile tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Provide confidential emotional and spiritual support to employees and their families.
• Offer prayer, encouragement, practical care, and compassionate presence when welcomed.
• Respond to crises, hospitalizations, grief situations, and family emergencies.
• Build two-way communication and trust with employees, leadership, and CCA leadership.
• Travel locally to visit various workplace environments regularly.
• Maintain professionalism and servant leadership in all interactions.
