Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of full-time secular workplace experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in biblical studies or related ministry field.
• Strong Christian faith and servant leadership.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in sensitive situations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, office environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, email, internet and mobile tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Promote a missionary mindset by building caring relationships with employees and leaders.
• Provide on-site chaplain care and relationship-based ministry within assigned businesses.
• Offer confidential emotional and spiritual support to employees and families.
• Provide prayer, encouragement, practical care, and compassionate presence when welcomed.
• Respond to crises, hospitalizations, grief situations, and family emergencies.
• Maintain two-way communication and trust with employees and leadership.
• Follow the Team Member Handbook and training materials; demonstrate professionalism.
• Maintain timely follow-up with workplace contacts.
• Display a positive team-player attitude with chaplains, managers, and senior leadership.
• Comply with requests and direction from senior leadership.
